Great location near Hadrian's Wall and welcoming staff. the room was cozy and nicely decorated. We loved the warm bedding and comfortable mattress. the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was amazing!
The room wasn't en-suite. We had to share a bathroom with other guests, and it was quite inconvenient.

The en-suite room was great, and the breakfast was sensational, and being located next to Tyne Green Park made the whole experience even better, I would definitely recommend it to friends for a relaxing stay.

Good selection of local beers and great location in the heart of the town. The free Wi-Fi is a plus, and the staff were quite friendly.
The room was overpriced for what it was, and not particularly clean. The shared bathroom facilities were outdated and shared with too many people.
